6th Grade Digital Art: Super Crazy School Lunch

You will be using Adobe Photoshop to create a "Super Crazy School Lunch." I have taken a photo of an empty lunch tray for you to start with. You should add pictures of food (or other things) to this photo to turn it into a "Super Crazy School Lunch." Is it your favorite meal? Is it something disgusting? Is it out of this world? Use the cut and paste tools and the image adjustments to change this picture drastically. You must use parts of AT LEAST 5 images. The more the better! You will make two versions and hand the best one in for grading.
  1. First fill out the practice worksheet from Ms. Vermeer
  2. Go to the folder Vermeer Classroom > 6th Grade Digital Arts > __Templates.
  3. Open up the image titled "SuperCrazySchoolLunch.tif" in Photoshop.
  4. Search for images on the internet. Find them from the "Copyright Free Images" link on the right. *Remember, google images may be copyright protected and you cannot use them without permission from the photographer.
  5. Cut from other photos to paste onto your photo of an empty lunch tray.
  6. Use filters and image adjustments to change the color and look of the photos.
  7. Blend these photos together to make them look as real as possible.
  8. Make two different versions and save the BEST one to the "HAND IN FINAL WORK HERE" folder.
