7th Digital Imaging: Glogster Poster Report on an Artist

Your assignment is to create a presentation of a famous artist using a Glogster poster.

1. Go to Artcyclopedia's list of Most Popular Artists. Choose one to research.
2. Go to Glogster and click “try to create yours.”
3. Your poster must include the following information:

• The name of the artist
  
• A short biography of the artist's life (one to two paragraphs)
  
• At least 2 pictures of their artwork, and one picture of the artist.
  
• A description of the artist's work and style.
  
• At least one link to another website (either about the artist, or a game relating to the artist, or a museum that has art from the artist)
  

You may also include video or sound if you can find something related to your artist.

3. You will have two class periods to complete your presentation poster. Take your time and add as much detail as you can. Make it interesting and fun to look at.
If you finish early, make another poster for extra credit.

4. Save and publish your poster using the Login information provided by Ms. Vermeer.
